Guests can join through any modern phone browser, and no account is required. Installing the iOS or Android app is optional. It adds better camera controls and push notifications for new photos.

Choose when guests see the photos
You decide when the gallery opens up. There are three reveal modes. During shows photos live as they are taken. After the event unlocks the gallery when the event ends. Additional delay unlocks it a set number of hours after the event ends.
Live viewing suits a party where everyone wants to see the shots right away. A delayed reveal suits an event where you want the photos to land as a surprise. The screenshot shows where the three reveal choices appear, and it is an illustrative product example.
Browse the gallery and export your favorites
Guest photos appear together in the event gallery, so you see the whole day from many angles instead of one phone. If the event has several parts, use Moments. Moments split an event into stages, such as ceremony, reception and after-party. Each stage has its own QR code and reveal timing, and guests move between them without switching apps.
When you want one person’s view, filter the album by photographer. It narrows the gallery to that contributor’s shots. When you have picked your favorites, you can export them from the event.

Photos are encrypted in transit, stored in event-scoped buckets and protected by per-event row-level security. sync.camera does not sell photos or data and has no ads or cross-app tracking. It does use pseudonymous product analytics, a third-party crash reporter and Firebase Cloud Messaging for Android push.
What happens when I delete my account?
Deleting an account removes its profile, the events it owns and their photos within 30 days. This is separate from an event ending or its gallery unlocking.
