Get every guest's wedding photos into one private album

Guests scan a QR code and upload straight from their phones. No account, no chasing, and no photos scattered across group chats.

You are the couple (or the person organizing for them) who wants more than the professional photographer's gallery. Your guests take hundreds of candid photos, from the ceremony to the late-night dance floor, and you want them all in one place without sending a hundred follow-up messages. You also care about who can see those photos, so you want a private album, not a public feed or an ad-supported service.

What is hard right now

  • I asked everyone to send me their photos, and a month later I have six from my cousin and none from the table that had all the fun.
  • Half our guests are on iPhone and half on Android, and the group chat squashes the quality or loses photos altogether.
  • I do not want my wedding photos sitting on a service that sells my data or shows ads next to them.
  • My grandparents will not download an app or make an account just to upload a picture.
  • I do not want to see every photo mid-reception; I would rather open the whole album after the honeymoon.

Scenarios

Before the day: set up the album in minutes

You create the event, name it, and pick an end time. That is the whole setup. Then you print the QR code on table cards or a welcome sign, so it is waiting at every seat when your guests arrive.

It is free to start, with up to 7 guest uploaders per event. If your guest list is bigger, SYNC PRO is a one-time purchase (not a subscription) that expands the guest and photo limits for a single event. Free to start. Upgrade per event.

At the ceremony and reception: guests just scan

A guest sits down, scans the QR code on the table card (or types the eight-character invite) and starts uploading from any modern phone browser. No account is required, so your grandparents can join without downloading anything.

Installing the iOS or Android app is optional. It adds better camera controls and push notifications for new photos, but nobody has to. Aunt Sarah on Android and your college friends on iPhone end up in the same album.

Ceremony, reception, after-party: one album, several moments

Use Moments to split the wedding into stages, each with its own QR code and reveal timing. Guests move between them without switching apps.

The ceremony shots stay separate from the after-party ones, and you can set different reveal timing for each stage. You end up with a tidy album instead of one long pile.

Choosing when you see the photos

Reveal modes give you three options. During: everyone sees photos live as they are taken. After the event: the gallery unlocks when the event ends. Additional delay: it unlocks a set number of hours after the event ends.

If you want to be fully present, pick After the event. You enjoy the day, and you open the whole album on your first morning back. Want to know more? Read how reveal timing works.

After the wedding: sort, filter and keep the best

You scroll the combined album, filter by photographer to see one guest's shots (for example your sister's candids), and export your favorites.

On privacy: sync.camera does not sell your photos or your data, shows no ads and does no cross-app tracking. Photos are encrypted in transit and stored in event-scoped buckets, with access enforced by per-event row-level security. See the privacy controls for the details.
