Couple trivia questions are quiz questions about how a couple met, what they love, their habits and their plans, which guests answer at a bridal shower, engagement party or reception. Whoever matches the couple's real answers most often wins. Below are 100 couple trivia questions in 5 categories, plus a free maker that turns your picks into printable quiz cards and an answer key.

How to play couple trivia
Pick your questions
Choose 15 to 25 questions in the quiz maker. Twenty is a good default for a 10 to 15 minute game. Add any inside-story questions of your own.
Get the couple's real answers
Ask the couple ahead of time and type their answers in, or leave them blank and write them on the printed answer key.
Print the cards and the key
Print one guest card per guest or per table, plus the answer key, and hand out pens. Pair it with wedding bingo cards if you want a second game on the tables.
Play and mark
Give guests a set time to answer. Then the couple (or the host) reads the answers aloud while guests mark their own cards: one point per correct answer.
Crown the winner
Highest score wins. Break a tie with a closest-number question read aloud. Looking for more? See these wedding reception games for guests.

Catch the photos while guests play
Guests are already at the tables with their phones while they fill in their cards. Put a QR code next to the quiz cards and everyone can add their shots to one shared album. Guests join from the QR code or an eight-character invite, in any modern phone browser, with no account required. Installing the app is optional. Here is how to set up a QR code for wedding guests to upload photos.

Every guest's photos in one album
Reveal modes can keep the photos hidden until the event ends, or until a set number of hours after it, so the album is a surprise the next morning. Moments split the day into stages, like the ceremony, the reception and the after-party, each with its own QR code.
SYNC is free to start for up to 7 guest uploaders per event. For a bigger party, upgrade that event with SYNC PRO, a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Planning a shower too? See our bridal shower game templates.

Frequently asked questions
How many couple trivia questions should a quiz have?
Between 15 and 25 is the sweet spot, and 20 questions take about 10 to 15 minutes. The quiz maker needs at least 10 and allows up to 25, so the cards stay easy to read.
Are couple trivia questions better for a bridal shower or the reception?
Both work. A shower suits a longer quiz with detailed how-we-met questions, since the guests know the couple well. A reception suits a shorter set of 10 to 15 who's-more-likely and habits questions, played per table as teams. Choose 4 cards per page (up to 15 questions) for tables. Hosting an engagement party? The same quiz works there.
How do you score a couple trivia game?
Give one point for each answer that matches the couple's. For the who-questions, the point goes to guests who circled the same partner (or Both) as the couple. Every card has a Score: __ / N line for the total.
What is a good tie-breaker?
Read a closest-number question aloud, such as how many days passed between the first date and the proposal, or how many countries the couple have visited together. The closest guess wins, and it needs no space on the card.
Can I add my own questions?
Yes. Add up to 10 of your own questions, up to 40 characters each. They count toward the 25-question limit.
Is the quiz maker free, and is anything saved?
It's free, with no sign-up. It runs in your browser and nothing is uploaded or stored, so reloading the page starts fresh. Print or download the PDF before you leave.
