Bring your wedding guests' candid photos into one private album

You cannot be at every table or in every dance-floor photo. Give your guests a place to share the moments you missed, with a reveal time you choose.

While you are saying your vows or having portraits taken, your guests are catching little moments you might miss. You want those photos together, instead of scattered across chats. If your search for the best wedding photo albums includes a printed keepsake, this page covers the digital part: a private album for your guests' photos. With sync.camera, your friends and family can join from different phones without creating an account. You can revisit their perspectives after the wedding and export your favorites.

What is hard right now

  • We do not want to spend our first week married chasing everyone for photos.
  • Our guests use iPhones and Android phones. We do not want joining the album to become another wedding-day task.
  • We will miss little moments while we are busy with the ceremony and portraits.
  • We want to enjoy the photos together after the wedding, instead of checking the gallery all evening.

Scenarios

Give guests a place for the moments you miss

Picture your cousin catching your grandparents laughing at their table while you are outside having portraits taken. Put your event QR code on table cards so your guests have a place to share moments like this. Guests can join through the QR code or an eight-character invite, with no account required.

Your guests can open the invite link in any modern phone browser. Whether they use an iPhone or an Android phone, installing the app is optional. The apps add better camera controls and push notifications for new photos.

Free to start. Upgrade per event. The free tier supports up to 7 guest uploaders per event. For your wedding, SYNC PRO is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, that expands guest and photo limits for a single event. Upgrade again only when you create a larger event.

Give the ceremony, reception, and after-party their own space

Your family takes pictures before the ceremony. Later, your friends capture the late-night dancing. Give each part of your wedding its own space with Moments, which split your event into stages such as the ceremony, reception, and after-party.

Each Moment has its own QR code and reveal timing. Put the relevant code where your guests will see it during that part of the day. Your guests can move between Moments without switching apps.

Save the gallery reveal for after the celebration

Imagine sitting down together the next morning to see the wedding through your guests' eyes. When you create your event, name it and pick an end time. Then choose the reveal mode that fits when you want everyone to see the photos.

Choose After the event to unlock the gallery when the event ends. Choose Additional delay to unlock it a set number of hours after the event ends. For a next-morning reveal, set the delay with your event's end time in mind.

If you would like your guests to see photos live as they are taken, choose During. You decide whether browsing the gallery is part of the celebration or something to enjoy afterward.

Find your sister's photos and export your favorites

After the wedding, your sister mentions a candid photo she took just before the ceremony. Use Filter by photographer to narrow the album to her contributions and look for that moment among her shots.

As you revisit the day together, export your favorites to save the digital photos you want to keep. If you also want a physical wedding album, you can plan that separately; sync.camera does not design, print, or ship it.
