Your photographer can't be at every table, and your guests will catch moments you'll want to see: a reunion outside the ceremony, your grandma laughing over dinner, the last song on the dance floor. Whether you're planning your own wedding or helping a couple with theirs, you want a wedding photo sharing site that brings those pictures together without another round of messages. Give your guests one private place to contribute from their phones, and choose when the gallery opens.
What is hard right now
- Half our guests will take photos, but I don't want to spend the weeks after our wedding asking everyone to send theirs.
- Our families use different phones. I don't want anyone to need an account or another app just to share a picture.
- These are our wedding photos. I don't want ads beside them or a platform selling our photos or data.
- I want to choose when we see the photos—during the celebration or later, when we can sit down and enjoy them.
Scenarios
The QR code on every table
Your guests sit down at the reception and spot a QR code on the table card. They scan it and join through their phone browser, with no account required. Your grandma's Android and your cousin's iPhone can both join from any modern phone browser; installing the iOS or Android app is optional. Guests can also join with an eight-character invite.
You create the event, name it and pick an end time, then place your QR code invites where guests will see them. It's free to start with up to 7 guest uploaders per event. For a larger guest list, SYNC PRO is a one-time purchase that expands the guest and photo limits for a single event, not a subscription.
Ceremony, reception and after-party
You want the walk down the aisle and the late-night dance floor in your wedding collection, but you also want to browse them separately. Split your event into Moments for the ceremony, reception and after-party, so each part of the day has its own place.
Each Moment has its own QR code and reveal timing. Put the reception code on your table cards and the after-party code at the next venue. Your guests can move between Moments without switching apps, while the late-night photos stay separate from the ceremony shots.
Seeing the photos when you want to
You might want guests to enjoy the photos as the celebration unfolds, or you might want to save the gallery for a quiet morning on your honeymoon. When you create your event, choose the reveal mode that suits your plans: During lets guests see photos live as they are taken; After the event unlocks the gallery when the event ends; Additional delay unlocks it a set number of hours after the event ends.
If you want to stay present during the wedding, choose After the event. The gallery unlocks at your chosen event end time, and you can wait until the honeymoon to open it together. If you want the gallery itself to remain locked longer, choose Additional delay.
After the wedding: keep the favorites
Once the celebration is over, you can browse the album together and revisit the parts of the day you missed. Curious about the pictures your college friend took from their table? Filter by photographer to narrow the album to that contributor's shots, then export your favorites.
Your photos don't have to become another unfinished request in the group chat. You can return to the album to choose what you want to keep. If you ever delete your account, your profile, the events it owns and their photos are removed within 30 days.
